The short version
Outsourcing the dye house meant accepting batch inconsistency. We could not do that. So we built it ourselves — and now every black we ship is the same black. The point is simple: every fabric choice, fit adjustment, and dispatch process should make the garment easier to trust after the first wash, not only better in the first photo.
What we check at the factory
For factory stories, we look at the physical process first: fabric hand feel, seam recovery, shrinkage behavior, color consistency, and whether the final unit matches the approved production spec.
What this means when you wear it
The customer-side test is more practical: does it keep its shape, does the color stay stable, does the fit stay comfortable, and can you reorder the same piece without guessing again?
