Ordered 3-pack in Black and M. True to size — I'm usually a 30 waist and M fits perfectly. The waistband holds without digging in. Wore them for a full week including gym sessions. No complaints.

Great quality — fabric is soft and has real stretch without going saggy. I'd say size up if you're between sizes. L fits me at 32 waist but just barely.
